Inclusion audits: We can’t know what we don’t know. Sometimes when an organization does its best to be diverse without making inclusion a part of the plan, which can make claims to diversity seem tokenizing. Collective Consulting can complete various inclusion audits, and help find gaps, diagnose issues, and structure meaningful solutions.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: With specializes in anti-racism and anti-oppression training for leadership and staff. Through a combination of assessment and workshop, we provide structured planning for integration of BIPoC managers, women, and other underrepresented identities in the workforce.

Diversity Communications: From incorporating inclusive language in your communications to marketing strategies that attract BIPoC employees and customers, CC can help you prepare and implement a comprehensive diversity communications plan that reaches employees or customers belonging to diverse communities in a mindful way.
