WHO WE ARE

Collective Consulting is a firm of professionals, located in Winnipeg Manitoba, on Treaty 1 Territory. CC came from a desire to provide support to businesses that care, and to use our skills and vast network of high-performing professionals to address the problems facing organizations today.

Collective Consulting was designed by Karolya Hutniak Vargscarr, a people leader and change management specialist with a focus on corporate transformation; and Shreya Jhunjhunwala, a marketing and public relations leader in communications.

Leaning on a collective of professionals with many different professional backgrounds and lived experiences, Collective Consulting is in a strong position to help you make the most informed decisions surrounding your brand and operations.

THE COLLECTIVE

In your business you have two audiences, those looking to you from within, and those looking at you from outside. Collective Consulting has a foundation in collaboration, and ethics rooted in anti-oppressive leadership. To us, anti-oppressive leadership means enhancing and supporting the conversation, not driving it. Below are the bios of professionals with whom we work, in order to have these conversations and to more meaningfully collaborate regarding the solutions your business will need.

These professionals form a cohort, that is, our collective of sub-contractors with whom we can connect and engage to grow, redefine, or enhance your company brand and culture.

OUR MISSION

To support holistic brand and culture transformations that will improve your business.

OUR VISION

Bold and inclusive workplaces in which values and daily business practices are aligned.

OUR VALUES

Authenticity: We provide sincere and constructive feedback that will remove barriers to the growth of your business and brand. We continuously build our capacity to receive criticism, and will build yours as well.

Advocacy: We privilege underserved and underrepresented perspectives as a priority in order to provide inclusive and diverse services.

Allyship: We acknowledge the privilege of our identities and in our ability to do this work. Out of responsibility, not guilt, we engage openly with the intention to dismantle systemic barriers which currently restrict the growth of corporate teams, cultures, and bottom lines.

Accountability: We work in relationship to our clients and, as such, we accept responsibility and are accountable for our work. We are accountable to the work we do together, and to the results we achieve together.
